Uwagi o Józefa Marii Bocheńskiego koncepcji logiki

Abstrakt

The aim of the article is to analyze the main theses advanced by Józef M. Bocheński in the field of philosophy of logic, putting them in the context of contemporary discussions. Bocheński attempted to justify important theorems concerning, inter alia, the status of logic, its origin, development, subject, and functions. He also identified the roots and kinds of superstitions in logic, and dealt with the issue of multiplicity and competitiveness of logical systems.
